What we collect
When you use our instant estimate tool or contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number, project address, and the details you provide about the work you're considering (service type, square footage, timeline, notes). When you draw your project on the map, we also record the polygon coordinates and approximate location.
How we use it
Your information is used to (a) generate your instant estimate, (b) send the estimate to your email and phone, (c) follow up to schedule a free on-site visit, and (d) keep your project in our CRM so we can give you accurate quotes if you come back later. We do not sell or share your information.
SMS/Text Messaging
By submitting the instant estimate tool or contact form and providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from O's Concrete about your estimate, appointments, and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for help. Phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We only text you about your estimate and project — never marketing blasts. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors or service providers strictly to support the services we provide to you (such as customer service or messaging delivery) is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Third-party services
We use the following services to operate the website: Mapbox (satellite imagery + drawing tool), Twilio (SMS delivery), and Google (public review display). Sacred Studios, our web and marketing partner, operates the estimate and messaging systems on our behalf. Each provider has its own privacy policy that governs how they process the data we send them. We do not store payment information on the site.
Cookies + analytics
We use first-party analytics (PostHog) to understand how visitors use the site — specifically which steps of the estimate tool people drop off at so we can improve it. This data is anonymized and not tied to your contact info unless you submit the estimate.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we have on you, ask us to delete it, or correct it at any time. Send a "Privacy request" through the contact form and we'll respond within 7 business days.
